Completed during a tenure at Diamond Schmitt Architects in Toronto, this project features five towers within a master plan by Hariri Pontarini Architects in Vaughan, Ontario. Transforming a former Cineplex theatre and its surrounding parking lots, the development introduces intensified condominium density alongside public podiums with retail spaces and a revived movie theatre to honor the site's history. Each tower boasts a distinct design language at the façade and form levels, ensuring visual diversity and enhancing the site's aesthetic appeal. As the developer RioCan's inaugural project, this design sets a high standard for future developments.
